I had booked for 8 nights . Wrong information provided by make my trip . The air conditioning of the entire property was down. But this had not been updated while booking. It said air conditioned room. But no ac. Basic toiletries not available in the room except tissue paper. Staff was rude except for few (Aishwarya, prem, fahad)

The hotel is very basic but done up well. The only big issue was that their air conditioning wasn’t working 😢. Also, to set the expectations right, there isn’t a phone in the room, so no question of any room service!

Location mentioned on the travel sites are absolutely rubbish. It says a few minutes walk from east putney station, but we walked 40 mins in rain to get to the hotel. Breakfast is same on all days, not a single variation. The spread could have been better. The toilet and bath area doesn't have any partitions. The water from bath area wets the entire bathroom.

The hotel is as good for the Holiday Inn name as of all others. However the location from city point of view is bit far off. Across the river and with lot of time needed to come and go back. The choice can be good if you have some work around the area. During breakfast time, lot of rush which needs quick refill of items but it takes a long.
