approach is very near to underground station.Food not enough for vegetarians. Amenities are good . Service is average room provided just above garbage area not shifted even several request.

Small room, average quality food. Tube station near by. Reception helpful. Location is very quite area. No shops, no restaurants. You have to eat in-house. Only suits for frequent flyers

Terrible Stay

This hotel reopened just 3 weeks ago, i'm not sure how come they even got rating. Worst breakfast and room service. Hotel itself looks so old specially the lobbies. Staff don't know what's hospitality is. The only good part is, it's right across hatton cross underground station
