Very small room. The hotel additionally takes a deposit of 100 GBP upfront which gets returned upon check-out. The room did not offer any water. The toilet is very small

Terrible Stay

The room did not have an ac, the bed was not big enough for two and there was hardly any ventilation. The pictures shown while booking were misleading and some rooms were claustrophobic and even the window only opened 2 inches with no space for even two people to stand. The original room was totally unlivable. After 4 hours of waiting to meet the manager to resolve, we got an alternate room that had at least two windows and each opened about two inches and some additional space to stand. Finally Only one person could stay and we eventually had to find an alternative to stay. MakeMyTrip cheated us with misleading and incomplete information.
