The staff that was present that day, did not answers some of my questions. The light in the wash room was blinking. And the phone wire was broken and not working.

Last month i stay in this hotel it was nice experience front desk staff is good specially may is nice girl for the amenities we need to ask many times like water, bathrobe and swimming pool guy asking for a card so you can swim but hotel didn’t given any information about this. Breakfast is good service was also good. Mix experience need some improvement.

Highly disappointing experience

I have made the payment for the stay however when i reached the property they denied any booking on their system. i had to make an additional cash payment at the property to stay so ideally now i have made the payment= as well as additional payment of 1200aed at the property to stay.

It was very bad. After 1 am there was no one in the reception. I lost kept my key inside the room and locked the door and i was standing outsing nearly 1 hour un the mid night.

Swimming pool is oily. Not soundproof at all, i can hear the noise from other guest when they play music. Request takes time to fulfill like asking slippers, it will take an hour or more before they provide. So my stay rating is average

Had a tough time as the careem app showed a different address and had to call the hilton helpdesk to locate the hotel (it was correct on google maps. Also there was a problem with the reservation confirmation from male ku trip to the hotel and as a result it took more than half hour to checkin. The spa was under renovation and swimming pool opened only after 9! only plus is that they upgraded my room
