The hotel was decent. Room was large enough for 2 adults and a kid. The extra bedding mattress was OK, a little too hard. The breakfast was delicious...! Variety of options available. Location was ok but the service was terrible, upon asking water the reception guy says no free water have to pay 10aed or go to a grocery shop, he was very rude. I would not recommend due to the room was smelly even if you get an upgrade the hotel needs cleanliness and staff needs to be polite.

This is my worst experience which i ever had, staff behaviour was very poor, they were really arrogant to us while the time of check out. Should say about the cleanliness, it will be my first and last time that i’m seeing such untidy room, i couldn’t sleep peacefully was feeling so itchy.
