I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to little details like clean linens, complimentary water, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and elegant, making it easy to unwind. Special thanks to the team for making our stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free experience. everything too good . price worthit. didn't go to dine so can't say about it. but the club house amenities , all over property too good . but yes have to expense for ongoing n return cab to patong Beach to the property is about 600-700 bhat. the property is 1.8 km from patong Beach n bangla road.

My experience with the property staff and management was quite disappointing, as they were completely unhelpful. Firstly, the room was not properly maintained—our washroom basin was clogged and not draining properly. I complained three times, but no help was provided. Additionally, our bedsheet was not clean, and when I requested the housekeeping staff to change it, they didn’t even bother to respond. I also tried contacting for assistance, but they were of no help either. There are many better resorts in Phuket with superior service. I would not recommend booking or staying at this property.

The resort was good but the service was okay okay. No proper water to drink and limitations on the water and also timings.

average quality rooms and a hilly terrain without many buggys. service is like a bed n breakfast - too much pressure on staff. we booked it due to proximity to Tiger kingdom and Patong beach. there are many better options available at the same price

The hotel service was terrible, every-time we have to get the room service we have to make atleast 3 to 4 calls each time and moreover one of my belonging was misplaced by their staff and they did not even take any liabilty for it, so overall experience was terrible

No support from staff. No cleaniess. Lizard in room. All utlities are so used and degraded. Towels are so dirty

It was a cosy staycation with lush green surrounding and mountain view.

The property is very huge and old, none of the facilities were working, jacuzzi in the room was not clean nor working. Breakfast was served at a different building which was at some distance. Overall it was a ghost hotel. Empty and a little scary.

The photos shown were not the same as per actual property. Ac was not working properly on the first day, room was not cleaned properly, they were charging for drinking water and location is also far from beach you have to spend too much to reach beach or nearby market.

Location is far from patong. Also spider was found inside blanket. Room service was horrible. Don’t book.

The pictures of wyndham is completely misleading. It doesn't show the actual conditions of room. The reception staff is extremely rude and treat you as if they are doing you favors. The property clearly isn't at the rating level of 5 stars. At the checkout again the same staff were very rude and at one point they started being very aggressive. Their guest service should be rated 0. They should not be rated anything above 3 star hotel.

It’s a nice property but could have been better, the bath tub jet was rusted and jacuzzi was not clean, and staff was very rude and for service every-time they said they don’t have staff and they are busy. So wouldn’t recommend for people who are coming for long stay.

It is my suggestion don't go to this resort as there will be support from the staff. Unhygienic rooms with foul smell. In room phone doesn't work. Lizard, cockroach, ants in room.

Really poor service. pictures are completely misleading. check in staff is extremely rude and inefficient. they need to learn much more on guest service. they are scavengers who treat you as money minting opportunity. selling a 3 star hotel as a 5 star property with no sense of guest service. never stay here

Location of property was good but they havent maintained it. Dead fish in the pond. Secondly, the staff is really poor. The basic amenities which are expected they weren't working and staff didnt helped me at all. There was water leakage in one of the room. Not at all worth for money paid.

We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi and balcony. The jacuzzi water cannot be filtered & the settings cannot be adjusted. The property is old and irrelevant. Additionally there are poisonous insects in and around the property which defeats the purpose of an outdoor jacuzzi. The room was not cleaned properly with the cleaning staff leaving their tools in the room. Some of the lights in the room were not working along with the key card at times. When we highlighted this to the reception, they turned a deaf ear and appeared to be an everyday feedback that they receive and no support was provided from the property. Additionally, they charge you with a deposit at the time of check in (4, 000 baht/150 usd passport) that is not mentioned anywhere while booking. I highly recommend any other property, not sure how this property retains their 5 star ranking. Service, ambience, location are all way below average. The property is huge and you need a car to get around which is always delayed by more than 20 minutes.
