Beautiful Location, But Beware of Towel Scam

I recently stayed at the Nature Resort in Phuket and was impressed by the peaceful location and overall resort atmosphere. I had booked the Junior Suite Bungalow, and the room was quite comfortable. However, it lacked a basic amenity—a mirror inside the room. The only mirror available was inside the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, my experience was soured by a concerning issue. A day before my checkout, I noticed that one towel was missing from the usual count. I suspect this was intentional by the housekeeping staff, as I’ve heard similar complaints. Upon checkout, I was charged for the “missing” towel, which felt like an unfair and dishonest practice. I strongly advise anyone staying here to always check the towel count immediately after housekeeping or whenever you return to your room. Take a photo if needed, just to be safe. The resort has potential, but management needs to address these unethical practices to ensure a trustworthy experience for future guests.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff was quick and efficient. However, the reception staff could have been more attentive and welcoming, as their service felt a bit impersonal. That said, the ذا ناتورال ريزورت’s amenities were great, and overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

It was a very good stay experience, the service is very good. They even let you keep your bags if you need to go somewhere without any charge. The rooms are very big and there is private pool access as well. The property is very big and the area is also good.
