It was a luxury stay Everyone loved the property the location food and the staff everything was amazing

We were 3 .me ,my wife, and daughter . We were in search of a live place, near to beach and with veg food options and a room with balcony . We have booked a room with mountain view , room had 1 king bed and one single bed.. enough space and a balcony. This hotel has Staff was cooperative. Housekeeping was fine. We got veg food options at Restaurant , food was nice. The hotel is located near to Patong Beach , walk and reach there .. even free shuttle bus service available at hotel . Amritsari and Kailash Parbat are Indian Restaurants near to hotel . Hotel has ev for in campus transfer . Elevators in each buildings. Overall satisfying experience.

The rooms were awesome.houeskeeping services were good .location was a great advantage as it was near patong beach.swimming pools were clean .we loved infinity pool.

Very nice hotel I will fist the hotel as soon as I can I want to extend but the hotel was full but I’m sure I will visit the hotel again soon

We arrived at the property after a long 4-hour journey from Krabi to Phuket, reaching around 9–10 PM. Being international travellers from India and unfamiliar with the area, we were looking forward to settling in quickly for the night after too much exertion. The first room allotted to us looked nice initially, but within minutes we noticed dead insects on the floor that attracted ants, and tiny bugs on the table. Upon closer inspection, we even spotted mites and a couple of spiders on the bed. We immediately raised the issue with the reception, and to their credit, the staff responded promptly and shifted us to another room. Unfortunately, this second room was located between two corridors, with a lift lobby across the balcony that made it quite noisy and not conducive for rest. When we requested a further room change, we were told by the night manager that no other rooms were available. Instead, she suggested we book the Junior Suite for the next night and offered an upgrade if we did so. At that point, we felt compelled to accept the upgrade — not by choice, but due to the situation. It was late at night, we were exhausted, and being new to the area, we had no real option to go out searching for another hotel at 10–11 PM. The Junior Suite, while luxurious and complete with a fantastic jacuzzi, came at a price 3–4 times higher than our original deluxe room — an unexpected cost we hadn’t planned for. Given that the original room provided was unfit for a night’s stay, we strongly feel that the property should have absorbed at least part of the upgrade cost. That said, the rest of our experience was very good — the pool was excellent, the breakfast buffet was expansive, and the kids' pool was a highlight for families. Just one suggestion: since the property is surrounded by lush greenery, insects are bound to be around. Proactive pest control and ensuring rooms are thoroughly checked before allocation would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

Property location is near Sea beach I booked room with breakfast and I really want to thank that it was so tasty.

The Nature phuket is one of the best 5 star category Hotel or resort in phuket. Things i like were Hotels is very big and many rooms and seprated buildings for rooms. second thing is there were 3 different swimming pool in property. there were different swimming pool for each age group. kids would love this. Yes they offer indian food in their breakfast but only one vegetarian food item will be available in indian breakfast but overall brakfast is good and international quality. Third thing i like is This hotel is little far from Patong beach but Hotel offer free ride(pick & drop) to patong beach at their fix times. food & drink menu is also not over priced. staff was also nice & helpful. Overall good experiance.

Great resort with multiple pools, restaurants, easy pick up and drop options. Slightly farther from Patong beach but nearby beach is good for sunset. Good food options nearby as well. The rooms are slightly small for the premium but modern amenities and easy storage options provide good mix of comfort and space.

Had a great stay with excellent service. Tours and bike rentals are available on-site, and the morning breakfast was also very good.

The property is decent but considering it is a 5 star, you would expect the staff to know basic English. Communication was a challenge. There were selected few staff members which helped me during breakfast specifically but evening staff was challenging. I stayed here for 3 days.

Had a great time except for rude people at the reception who don’t know how to talk to people and very very bad behaviour

We were not that long in the property. But it has got good greenery in front of beach.

The hotel is on patong road but not necessarily next to patong beach. The food menu is limited, just 4-5 options. If you want in room dining service with more menu options that the in house restaurants do provide, you need to go the restaurant. To reach your room, you need to wait for a buggy/golf cart provided by the hotel, however this takes a lot of time to come since it needs to service all the hotel guests. Rooms are just about decent sizes.

Very good experience with nature phuket, location is also good. As indians pure vegetarian we had good options in breakfast.

hotel is very nice, location is little bit far from phuket beach but they have transfer options for some time from hotel to beach for free, breakfast is good, less options for Indian vegetarians, and overall a nice experience

Property was excellent. Swimming pool was exceptional good. Buffet was good. Must recommend all for a good stay in phuket

I like the hotel.. very nice location and modren hotel.. has more than 4 pools. the stuff is helpful and friendly.. specially Mr. Den he solved all the issues and kept asking about gust comfortable.. I will come again and again..
