this is the worst hotel in the world, i have travelled 30 countries and never seen this bad hotel. there are no elevators on each floor, very bad planning. in case of fire you are surely gonna die in this hotel also reception staff is very very rude and they have no bell boy to carry luggage. book this hotel if you wanna experience hell in real life

Firstly theh will ask for 2000 bhatt security deposit. They are doing scam. They will upgrade u at reception. Then they will give u two rooms interconnected. One of the room key will be broken. Once u will lock or unlock the room ist time. The key will get brake and they will then ask for 800 bhatt or they will call police. At The reception there are 2-3 ladies they are just sitting there to scam and take money. For everything they have fines just to take money.

The most terrible hotel, stay of my life

Despite of making payment by full hotel still had asked me to pay 1000 baht by cash at the reception, i asked them if i can pay by credit card, but they refused and asked me to get the cash. Otherwise, they will take my passport. I did not have cash so i had to run to the atm machine to get the cash after that, i had a double occupancy, stay, and when my friend came at night, they again charged 500 and told me that that is the extra person. The bathroom did not work. They don’t have iron in the hotel, so you cannot iron your clothes. Somehow manage to stay one night. Next day around 11:45 am. They started banging the door and was asking me to check out. Otherwise they will charge me extra. I would give zero remarks to this hotel. Despite of it has at the best location.

There is no room service no bell boy to help take or get luggage at check-in or check-out pathetic service extra money asked for every thing like even an extra pillow they asked for 50thb for one day not more than 2 small water bottles provided in the room no house keeping done for stale towels and to make the bed really pathetic, not at all worth for the price find a better hotel i would suggest pay more but don’t ruin your trip staying in this property for sure

This places is located like 2min away from patong beach. It is at the center of the patong beach where all the happening areas are there where you can get food quickly and cafes too the best part it's only 5min walk to bangla lane where you can party late and come back walking at night too is very safe. The room is very good as in Phuket you hardly come to sleep at hotel and other time you travel around places the bad part is there don't have in hotel restaurant but around the places many many places to eat and indian restaurant too. Also there is only house keeping and no room service available.
