Clean room and great location, with very helpful staff. The comfortable bed and nice views were highlights.the WiFi was unreliable. Overall, excellent value and a pleasant, recommendable stay

Stay was good only issues is that it is situated at a hight and need to climb stairs to reach which is very exhausting

If you're old or you have kids, there is a lots of stairs to climb, room is below average for it's price otherwise everything else if ok

The stay was uphill and also very far away from pier..we had to walk fir half an hour to reach there and when reached saw these lengthy staircase. No one comes to pick you luggage you have to carry it by yourself. The food was horrible for indians..i though there will ve at leat a good view..but no. The rooms were congested and washrooms were dirty and no clear water in taps. Trust me there are plenty of good hotels on the ground..don’t ever choose this hotel.

To much mosquito and lot of homous present there and breakfast lunch dinner did not arranged by the hotel

Good view of the sea but a bit far and have to climb 250+ steps to reach. Stay was good and comfortable and the crew is very good. Quality of food is superb

Not hygienic at all. Poor hospitality

This property is firstly up on the hill where you need to climb like 45-50 steps which are very uneven. The rooms are horrible. No ac no toilet paper we had to ask for water the second day and the room was not cleaned at all. There was no one at the reception when we went to ask for help. We were then provided a table fan. I will never recommend this to anyone.

It was an average stay. Property is located in middle of view point, was not idle for us as we already did lot of tracking. AC was old and took time yo start. Bathroom needs upgrade, below average.

The location is not good, it is Around 800m from the Port in the total diameter of 1km. Plus far from the nearest Beach. One will have to climb more than 150 stairs to reach the hotel. Staff is also not very cooperative. The only plus point is that it is close to a sunrise/sunset point that too is chargeable.

First the hotel is just basic and is situated on top of a hill. Though they provide porter service to climb some 300 stairs to hotel. We took an umbrella from the hotel but it was such a poor quality that with the small wind it twisted and got broken. We apologized and asked for if we can pay for the repair, but they charged us some certain amount for the same and took the umbrella as well.

Air-condition was not properly working, also kettle was spoiled.

We can experience an wonderful view from the balcony, it is located on a mountain so we need to climb too many steps and its worthy

Information from the reception is false promises. They first told pick-up from airport then actually its pick-up from phiphi island and break many other promises.

I had read reviews of this resort before booking it and all said you need to climb a hill to reach the hotel and I thought how bad could it be. Not worth it. It is walk-able from tons I pier in phi phi. But the climb is bad. We made the mistake of not contacting the hotel beforehand and ended up carrying our luggage all the way up ourselves. If you book this place please contact the hotel they will send a porter to the pier to help with the luggage. Phi phi has no public transportation on road. Just taxi boats to take you to other islands or other end of the same island. So you have no option but to walk the 1.3 km. People with problems in walking must avoid. The hotel itself is not a resort as the name suggests. It is just a hotel with a restaurant. Which isn't that impressive either. We wanted to check-out a little late say by 2 pm instead of twelve and they said we have to pay extra per hour for that. We ended up paying the rent of one more day for merely two hours. Room was okay. Bathroom was really small. Overall. There may be better hotels in phi phi than this one.
