Location is good, amenities - no left inside hotel which is very unusual. Services - staff was good. Hotel location is in prime location just on beach road pattaya you can find very easily everything like 7*eleven, indian restaurant, taxi walking street is just 700 meter from hotel

Property is old and needs renovation badly

Although the location is very good but property is badly managed, and it seems there has been no renovation for decades. 1. Smelly rooms 2. Mosquitoes 3. Charging point is not working 4. No electric kettle and dryer 5. Take security deposit etc etc etc

Very shady hotel

The receptionist was very rude and we booked the hotel Natural Beach but they gave us room in another hotel which is just behind their building named Baan sila. We booked two rooms but they gave us two rooms in two separate buildings. They had no bell boy or any restaurant. We carried the luggage in our room and their service was very very poor.

Best location in Pattaya but staff didn't knew english

Best location in Pattaya. Hospitality and room service was bad but for cheap price, it was worth, rooms on the 4th floor and without lift.

My first advice to stay here

Very good hotel at a awesome location and the hotel staff is too friendly, so I think it is perfect place for accommodation.

Hotel location as hotel name Natural Beach hotel

Hotel is front of beach road or 20-foot steps from lovely Pattaya beach. Nice hotel, good location, good rooms. I stay one night in the hotel, feel good, comfortable, enjoy. I recommend this hotel for everyone, I want to visit next time again this hotel.

Terrible Stay

1. Worst behaviour received. 2. Poisonous swimming pool water. All of my family members now facing skin issues after having bath from this pool. 3. Room having very bad smell. 4. All towel provided not clean properly and also smell horrible. 5. Not clean room. 6. No lift for this hotel so even you get free room also don't go here.

3 night, 4 days stay. Room was ok. WiFi not strong enough. Good location. Did not use the pool. Did not eat anything at the hotel. Good spa at the hotel lobby. Had foot massage and it was nice.
