I have stayed there many times but this time everything is messed up, the washroom has lot of smell coming like sevarage, sink water also stuck, little insects in the room.. ac is very old does not cool the room.

This is the hotel to stay at, i have stayed all over pattaya and this is a gem. I call this a smiling hotel! i never stopped smiling from the time i arrived until i left. Lovely staff and spotlessi and a great location, lovely near pattaya beach the road dot miss this hotel if your going to pattaya stay this beautiful hotel.

The hotel, despite its age, continues to operate and benefits from its proximity to pattaya beach. However, there's a persistent smell throughout the premises, not of drainage but a mixture of room odor and mildew. This detracts significantly from the experience. Although the location is advantageous, the value for money is lacking. Regrettably, a member of the reception staff treated us poorly, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere reminiscent of a parolee's return, while the cleaning staff stood out for their friendliness and cooperation. The unpleasant odor, more akin to mold, is particularly nauseating. Exploring alternative accommodations would be advisable if possible.

Hotel has 27th floors & beautiful views, all stuff are too good in hospitality… swimming pool was good. I recommend 4.5/5 because restaurant is not available in the hotel

This hotel is fabulous and it is beach facing. You can get a clear view of the pattaya beach road. This hotel is very safe and secure and easily accessible from beach road, soi6 and walking street. The best part is this hotel is guest friendly and you can relax fully. The plus point is downstairs you can access 7x11 and massage.

The rooms had cockroaches. We requested the staff for room change and were ready to pay additional cost. But the staff was non co-operative. We didn't stay in the rooms. We left the hotel after a very long wait from MMT's reply and phone call. But we didn't receive any help from MMT as well.

I had booked total 4 rooms but we had to check out the hotel because there were cockroaches everywhere. When complained to the hotel, staff they ignored it and alsor refused to change the rooms, worst experience ever.
