Good property with bad staff

Property is too good but the lady at reception with specs was very very rude no welcome asked us to come back again at 2 pm we reached at 12 o clock she don’t even ask us to sit in Wating area we were standing at reception without any reason bcoz the lady doing some work and there was no second guest except us.

Kind of scam hotel

No where in the description they have mentioned standard room is in different premises which does not have a security/not even entrance safety door. Only premium and deluxe rooms are within hotel premises. We as a couple did not feel safe at the hotel at all. No resolution provided for not hot water issue even after complaining to Makemytrip. Dirty washrooms.
