Worst hotel , pathetic staff, No bell boy, No one to pickup the luggage at reception, No room service, No English speaking person on Recepetion. Rude behaviour with the ladies staff. Not at all recommended

the worst hotel ever i have seen very poor service no food even the room condition is worst very old rooms waste of money not even worth free staying .

The description of the amenities and facilities listed does not match what is available here. Upon inquiry, i was met with rude and unhelpful behavior from the receptionist, which has been very disappointing. Lot of dust on most of the areas in the room. No action was taken despite multiple complaints. Highly unprofessional and pathetic experience

The hotel staff was very rude and non-cooperative. They didn’t provide us 2 rooms with bathtub as it was mentioned in the booking. Also, they said bathtub cannot be used. Lift is not there, we had to carry our luggage to 3rd floor. 1 of the room had very dim/low light. But they didn’t do anything to improvise. In addition, they didn’t provide the towels to us.

The place is old and needs renovation, installation of an elevator, and attention to the cleanliness of the rooms

The worst stay ever. I would not recommend. They clearly state on your arrival, no room service and no bell boy. And then a person shows you the way to your room, it's quiet difficult to find your room. Room numbers are not clear. And the worst part. If you have a heavy luggage, you need to carry it all by yourself to any floor. I had to carry mine till 3rd floor. Any item you touch is very delicate. They mention a huge lost of charges before hand just in case you damage anything. The ac was leaking water. And the list continues.

Property location is very perfect as the aao nang beach is just a minute from the hotel and also the market ,food stalls, restaurants are only 10mins from the hotel,only problem with the room was that the bathtub was not working rest all the amenities and services was perfect

Terrible experience, very old property that has not been maintained and updated in a very long time. While the room has been designed well, sockets dont work, not enough lighting in the room, bathtubs are not functional. No lift- so if you get a room on an upper level, be prepared to drag your luggage through long hallways and staircases.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. All three of us could sleep comfortably. Very decent and gentle staff. The traditional look of the resort makes the experience more memorable. There are so many pools to enjoy soothing water and swimming

Only architecture and pool are good rooms are big but average showers broken, almost no water coming from showers. Even after asking to fix, they didn't so many insects all around the lobbies and in the rooms. Very poor wifi as well

Horrible and terrible experience, don’t stay otherwise regret. No lunch no dinner, no wifi at room, bath tub won’t work in any of the room. Lifts are not working, no bell boy. Ac wasn’t working. Got 3 rooms each day since in 1st room ac wasn’t working, 2nd room - in toilet, washbasin and bathroom water was clogged. Worst experience ever in any hotel.

Too much wrost property nothing about to stay no telephone line no staff no drinking water there’s nothing about anything regarding co operation

The place is a humongous disappointment. Looks great online, even once you get there it seems huge. But from the second you reach the lobby, it turns into a huge let down. The staff is unhelpful. The acs in our room weren’t cooling, which is really infuriating after a long day in the heat. There’s no phone line in the room, so you’ve to walk over to the lobby. Despite complaining several times, it wasn’t fixed. The hotel has potential and could be great. But currently, it’s living off its past success. Look elsewhere in krabi.

There was no one at the property to help, lift was not working, there is no breakfast option, the list goes on😒

The place looked like it was haunted, sheets were very dirty as soon as we sat on the sheets, it started itching us. No lighting in the common area and things were broken or not working. We checked out in 1 hour and booked a different stay.

Worst hotel. Don’t go by picture. Really pathetic hotel. Not even 1 star. The receptionalist max treated in a bizarre way with smoky face

No hygiene, it's a old hotel staff were not friendly horrible breakfast, no varierty stinking everywhere bad smell, property looks different from the pics u see on net, overalll very bad experience i strongly recommend pls don't visit

Ambiance was good and also property is huge. But service is slow and needs improvement. Lighting was also very low at night that could be improved
