The smile house is a old property but is well maintained. The location of smile house is unbeatable. The beach is just across the road and the ba-phut night market is 1 min walk. The reception staff is very helpful. The reception shuts down at 2200 and no one is available there to even give water. So stock up before it closes. There are some fantastic dining options close by which serve all kind of cusines. The only issue we had that we could not sit out in the veranda from 5 to 8 due to a lot of big mosquitoes. The house keeping was good with new sheets and towels. The rooms are basic and do not have all those bathroom accessories. So carry your own. The aircons were working fine inspite of the bad heat. Over all a very good stay at a fantastic location and is value for money. Thanks
