Beautiful resort, great architecture for worthy photos. Pros: selection of pillows and toiletries as per your liking, spacious rooms, good pools, beach bars and unique breakfast spread. Cons: washroom is transparent so may not be ideal with kids 3+ age, food options for indians are limited, resort is split across the road, pricey, the app doesn’t work properly for spa bookings. The beach is a turn-off, not clean at all. The property is neat though.

We came to ko samui to celebrate my wife's birthday. After going through multiple resorts we select salai property. When we reached we realised that we had selected the perfect place. Room with pool was amazing very luxurious and well designed. Ocean view from the room was breath taking. The food and drinks were awesome. Overall we dint feel like leaving the place.

Most beautiful property in Koh Samui

After extensive research we shortlisted this property for our vacation and it was 100% worth. It's the most beautiful property and rooms are like luxury at its peak 😍. We stayed in Garden Pool Villa and it was other side of the road and as per our experience garden side was much better than the ocean side. If you love to post on Instagram then it's a paradise for you. Pros: 1. Best location in Koh Samui (Chaweng Street) 2. Most beautiful resort of Koh Samui 3. Helpful Staff 4. Nice restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Cons: 1. Not much option for Indian Vegetarian food.

Good rooms but pathetic hospitality

So we had a 3 day stay in this resort in samui, first off the room was around 1km from the reception and no golf cars or conveyance at the property to drop you at your room which can get irritating at times especially after parties. Secondly, no round the clock menu and the restaurant closes at 10pm, they have this app which they insist you download during checkin and place order from it, i ordered steak at 9:30pm for which they called at 10:10 and said can’t be done because they didn’t receive the order until now due to glitch in their own app, since i was hungry and tired i said give me whatever you can from the menu as practically it’s not my fault but your servers that you got the order late but they denied saying it’s 10min past last order time and can’t take orders now. I had to go to market and find restaurant at midnight with my 5 yr old kid. So hospitality is worst. Thirdly, room was good, pool is good, tv and bath tub position could have been better, morning breakfast menu could be more elaborate, indian counter could be added in breakfast menu too. Value for money- nope.
