Decent OUTRIGGER Koh Samui Beach Resort. However, service was lacking. Felt the OUTRIGGER Koh Samui Beach Resort was understaffed. Everything took time. And bell boys never showed up to take the luggage. And it’s quite tricky to transport luggage in the rocky trail. Also the pool facing the beach is across the road from the property

This property is actually underrated. They call it a four star OUTRIGGER Koh Samui Beach Resort but indeed the facilities, amenities and the service they provide are 5 star level. The rooms are well equipped. The OUTRIGGER Koh Samui Beach Resort is centrally located from all major attractions in Koh Samui.

We stayed here for 2 nights the OUTRIGGER Koh Samui Beach Resort is very good you would feel as u r staying in a 5 star property big resort with nice swimming pools it’s a must book property in lanai and it’s close to chaweng beach where all the night life happens

Pool was gorgeous. Food was bit expensive. Staff was lovely. Especially kevin. Love him! great location! rooms were also really well lit and spacious.

The hospitality is great and i just loved the property. The beach and pool side is just breathtaking.
