All the reviews are correct. Pathetic hotel with pathetic rooms and rude receptionist. Beds are rock hard. Hallway are dark and gloomy. When we checked- in air condition was not working so had to change room. On a brighter side, We didn't find any cockroaches or lizards. Lol.

i have to enter hotel at night and in next night my flight was there. But mistakenly i booked for wrong dates, i requested them to modify dates, but they denied. Then i asked them for current day booking, they charged me for that 5 hours. Service not upto the mark, room was ok. The hotel is 9 km away from bk k airport, overnight taxi is accessible. 7 eleven store is just opposite of hotel.
