The hotel surroundings are not so good, the location is little difficult to find, there is no restaurant or anything to eat Inthe hotel. You have to go out to eat. The services are very poor as there is no telephone in the room.

Firstly, the hotel is not worth the amount I paid for it. There is no breakfast included. To make matters worse, they don't even have coffee or tea vending machine in working condition. Coming to the room quality, it was the least I expected, the toilet doesn't even have a washbasin attached to it, and it's so congested, cramped up, not at all for healthy or fatty people. How does the hotel expect for customers to wash hands when going to loo? To come out with uncleaned hands and then wash hands in the room. This is absolutely gross. I have lived and experienced scores of hotels but never ever seen such weird arrangement of no wash basin in the washroom. I am never ever staying here.

Rooms are good. Many food items, drinks available daily in room at extra payments. A bit far (3-4 km) from places to visit. But one can manage its via tuk-tuk or taxi. Strictly no check-in before 2 pm. Was not appreciated as we reached there by 0900 am but of course. Its mentioned in the booking voucher too. Overall its a very nice hotel.

The hotel was good, rooms were clean and beautiful. Staff not to friendly. I accidentally lost my key card and they charged me whereas in their terms and conditions it was clearly mentioned. Even after showing it to them they were unwilling to give back balance. So always check terms and conditions before paying.

No food or breakfast is served. No parking facilities. But for those who stay, the experience is good. Systems and processes are good. Well maintained hotel. Receptionists do not have knowledge of anything ( Tourist places, modes of transport available, etc.) other than their paper don't work.

Location of the hotel is close to famous attractions of the city. But the bathroom in the room is very small. Even the wash basin is provided outside the bathroom. There is no electric kettle in the room and nothing provided to make tea coffee in the room. They have provided a common coffee machine at the reception which you can use.

This place is very conveniently located. Many Indian restaurant within walking distance. This makes life easy for vegetarians like me. Quiet place, yet happening place. Front office staff is very friendly. There is tea and coffee machine in lobby and also a microwave. I will stay here again.
