The entrance to our side was from back of dine IN facility. Our room was connected with other room by a door which was closed by a simple latch. I was able to literally hear the noise and their talks so no privacy.

The location is Good. The Rooms are very big and spacious. They provided 6 bottels of water everyday complimentary which is good,because in Thailand there is no free water,most hotels give only 2 bottels and reat are chargeable... The room service is also good.

My stay at Club Mahindra was disappointing. The staff were not friendly or helpful. They even charged me 500 Baht just for checking out 10 minutes late, which felt unfair. The rooms were below average and not well maintained. The reception is in one plot and the rooms are in another, which is very inconvenient. The road in front of the rooms is dirty and gives a bad impression. Overall, not worth the money. I expected much better from a Club Mahindra property.

Our stay at Club Mahindra Mac Boutique Sukhumvit, Bangkok was extremely disappointing. The hotel management gave us only one key card and did not provide a room gate key. Every time we came back, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for someone to open the door. The worst experience was when we had to wait for 30–40 minutes late at night to enter our room. The receptionist, Peter, was very rude when we asked for help and told us that no one can question him. This kind of service and behavior is not acceptable at all. Definitely not worth the Club Mahindra name.
