while the property boasts of interconnected rooms despite that when I had booked 2 rooms - one for me and my wife and other for my 2 young children, we were given rooms on separate floors and that too far apart. daily housekeeping again part of the booking was changed to once in 3 days without any information or email communication. further when asked about why the room was not cleaned on the 2nd day, front office lady (evening shift) was rude and said that is the rule and refer to the flyer kept in the room. and this was the same lady who had checked us in and and that time informed daily housekeeping as part of the booking. further my children's room was not cleaned up on the 3rd day. on 4th day in the morning we had to remind the front office and then only it got done. the breakfast was included in the package but very limited options for people who so not consume eggs, meat, fish, mushrooms. only milk, fresh fruits, roasted potatoes, cereals and 1 type of eggless bread was available. saving grace was the morning front office gentleman and the evening lady other that the person who had checked us in (the lday who is not from Zurich but I think from St. Moritz was really very sweet and helpful. she ran around and tried to make our stay comfortable and was very polite and cheerful. full marks to her). had it not been for her, I would have rated this stay as terrible.

During my stay, i was dismayed to find that the room lacked cleanliness. The towels provided were particularly concerning as they were not clean; one of the towels had a noticeable black stain on it. This lack of cleanliness in the room and towels greatly impacted my comfort additionally i must mention that the water steamer seemed to be old, moreover the air conditioning was not provided
