The stay was very good. The hotel is right near the wengen station so the location is good. The spa, sauna, pool were fantastic. The food is also top notch. Love the hospitality.

The hotel is just a one-minute walk from the train station. Although the building is old, it is well-maintained. There is an elevator, so you won't need to carry your luggage up the stairs. The room is well-equipped with full amenities, including a spa area and slippers. One bottle of water is provided, but there’s no kettle, which makes it difficult if you prefer to make your own coffee—although a coffee machine is available. The hotel has a connecting Italian restaurant. We booked a half-board package for one night, but unfortunately, the set menu was not palatable. Although we dined at 9 p.m., the set menu—which was supposed to include soup, an appetizer, and dessert—was altered, and none of those items were served.

This was an old style hotel. No electric kettle. No iron box. Very limited options in breakfast. Overall, Not recommended if travelling with Kids Good part was that it was walking from station and the view from Balcony was good..

We had a perfect stay. The property has a fantastic swimming pool and a nice kids playground. Recommended for families.

The property is located right next to the Wengen station, 2 minutes walkable. the Hotel has views of Jungfrau and Eiger mountain which is breathtaking. If you want to beat the crowds in Interlaken, this is the best off-beat stay for you to make a hub for mountain excursions. one tip from my end, try visiting the männlichen mountain

Bees in the room, rude hotel manager, zero hospitality, limited dinner buffet. Size of the room is so small that after opening the suitcase you won't be after to walk in the room. Worn-out blankets/linens

The location of this hotel is exceptionally convenient. It is just 30 seconds from the Wengen train station. Overall the experience was too good and Oliver at the reception made sure our stay was comfortable. Kudos to him and the whole team.

We stayed at the Jungfraujoch facing room and the views were spectacular. Wengen is a lovely town and this hotel has the perfect location with 3 mins walk to train station. The staff here were very friendly and the room was also clean. The breakfast served had a good variety to choose from and was pretty decent. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
