it was just awesome. stay was good. staff was good. view was ultimate. room size was big. food was awesome

The hotel’s location is great. Right next to the bus station. Easily accessible. Great view from room- The waterfall and the rest of the city! Breakfast was great (lil less variety tho). The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel had pretty good amenities.

Excellent hospitality, good food, nice staff. Room was very clean and picturesque. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

Our reviews as below 1. Staff - staff serving food and who took care of dining was very friendly and made us feel so comfortable. A veg wrap ordered was given as chicken wrap by mistake but he immediately took it back, apologised and appreciate that behaviour. 2. Staff in reception, rooms - the rooms in picture had cupboards, lockers but we were given a room which had nothing but beds and a cooler. Also picture image showed room had a balcony but we did not get that room. We were in a different country and will always be worried keaving belonging important documents related to passport travel in a place that does not have facility to lock my stuff. Reception manager was hardly helpful and told we can give another room next day. 3. Staff in morning buffet - reception manager while chdcking in informed kids under age of 12 eat free in breakfast buffet and first day went fine. Second day one lady staff asked how old is my niece to my brother and when he told she is 11 response from her was that the buffet is free only till 10 year old. While my brother responded with communication during check in, she simply stated that we are being dishonest and trying to eat for free which was a very unethical comment. The property is good and close to railway stop and beautiful falls etc however place was under major renovation, staff except in evening dining time were odd behaving and lack of lockers did not allow us to be peaceful.
