It was an excellent stay at Interlaken with Hotel Crystal. Around 5 min walk from Interlaken West station. Room was descent and spacious. Only odd thing was the I need to pay at the time of check in, but refunded 100% at the time of check out. The arrangement of room key and its engineering is something interesting.

Very helpful and kind staff. Initial pathways for room looks bit complex due to complex stairs/steps but staff is ready to help you to even carry your luggage. Otherwise, rooms are very spacious , good looking , cleaned, hygienic, cozy. Breakfast option are pretty decent, again staff is very energetic and enthusiastic to provide you best of services. Very near to railway station. They can slightly improve on the price side as I still found it expensive but overall I was very much satisfied with the stay.

This hotel does not provide a microwave, even one in some common place. This is very unusual as most other hotels in this category allow heating of food. Many people like to buy sandwiches from coop or migros to save time and money. We had no such problems in ibis styles in lucerne and in trip in hotel in zurich.

We just stayed for very short time for around 5-6 hours as we were visiting nearby places and we left hotel in the early morning as we had to travel to another country. It was overall good stay. Location is good as it near to interlaken west station around 350 m

Hotel refused to allow check in without depositing cash deposit, this condition was not mentioned anywhere on MMT website. Terrible arm twisting, with family and adverse weather conditions, no option but to pay by card.
