worst Hotel

I dont know why Radisson has been branding this. They focus only cost cutting. They even dont change towels and make beds everyday. No landline to connect to reception. Nothing is good. People should avoid this hotel.I have booked this hotel because of brand name Radisson. But I am disappointed.

Nice stay, with good room. Sleep quality was good, though wish room was cleaned more frequently. The staff at reception were very helpful and responsive, connectivity to different parts of City was great. Also it is situated near Rosengarten.. which is a great place to catch sunsets.

Good Stay , room was clean. 3PM checkin is bit too late. we reached around 1.30PM and had to keep luggage in reception and go out. Bus frequency is good to reach city center.

Great budget hotel at good location

Great budget hotel. Of course as with standards of switzerland, it is a bit expensive especially during peak tourist season. Some positives are good location, decent but basic breakfast, spacious rooms. Ac may or may not work. Under 1 km to tourist attractions.

Not a very happy place to be

The only good thing about the hotel was it’s location. Beyond that, it was not so much of a good experience. And we paid a handsome amount of money for the booking. The hotel was almost just bricks and mortar. There was nothing inside the room. Not even an electric kettle. It was a pain to get any service from them. They were not serving any major meal. The breakfast was extremely limited. Request for a lighter, could not get one. Requested for a converter, couldn’t get one. Saw some more people requesting for their food to be heated, they couldn’t get that either.
