Initially they charged me for the room for which already payne ts were made. City tax they charged me 1. 5 francs more then what was published. Overall rooms were too small and no amenities were provided

While the cleanliness of the hotel as with the whole of Switzerland is never in doubt, the size of the room is certainly not appreciable considering the cost involved. The room can at best has a space for two people that too for a couple, not for any other. With kids around, it is not recommended. Toilet and bathroom have no matches, bathroom has glass door, wash basin in the room, etc discourages a family stay. Bunker beer is also not comfortable. Location is 10 minutes from train station with week connectivity with bus. Breakfast is routine with no variety. It's okay for a few days. Best is to rely on coop stores for food and heating it in the microwave, which is thankfully available in the hotel. I was with my family and wouldn't recommend it if you are traveling with a family. Single person or a couple may consider if are on budget trip.
