The Snooze Hotel at Bugis

The walls and ac has black mold. They won't gv you another room. Gives only one litre of water daily to drink won't gv you anymore even if you ask them to take payment n give. I developed breathing n throat issue after staying here fr a week as it was completely paid.

Pathetic is the word i have for this property

Rooms very small what they shown in the website, no cleanliness, no one was there to supply drinking water etc. Very disappointed

The room was so small in size that you even don’t have space to open you luggage. Terrible room

Location is very good. Suntec city is near. Bugis mrt is near and also there are nearby bus stops. But room is very very small. Just bed and room is over. No place for luggage. Good for solo traveler.

Rooms are very small, we cannot move in room after keeping luggage, no cupboards, no chair, no window, very small bathroom, no water bottles to drink water, if we need water we have to go to 2nd floor, only positive point is hotel is very near to Bugis MRT station, metro just 1 minute walk from hotel.

Very bad experience, food no way

The Hotel rooms (deluxe with window) are so small that you can't even fit two luggage and walk in the room. The room starts with two bed and end as edge of the bed! Breakfast is outsourced to near by food street restaurants and its terrible food there. No water bottles, bathroom amenities in the room. I will never ever go back to that Hotel!

Rooms are so small, you step in and it ends. Doesn't provide a glass of water in room, arrange your own bottle, go to second floor, fill it yourself. Without any prior declaration, after check-in formalities, you have to give security deposit.

Hotel room and location was good, staff behavior not good, food was not good, room service was not good, cleaning was not good.
Hotel was good but lack of many things, no room service, don't have breakfast in hotel they give coupon of breakfast to near restaurant, asking for any thing they have one answer no.

Room was too small and breakfast outside coupon restaurant there only non-vegetarian meal. Big problem for vegetarian people. Don't add breakfast with this hotel.

The hotel provides basis room for sleeping. There is practically no service at all. Stay only if you are on a very tight budget otherwise look for better alternates. The room is size of a bathroom. So you can very well imagine the size of it's was room. There is hardly any space to move around or keep your bags. It's a very basic hotel just to stay for a couple of hours. Definitely not recommend if you are with your wife or family. It will spoil your holidays for sure and you will land up in a big fight with your wife. So please avoid this place at all cost. Look for something else unless you want to land up fighting with your family and your wife.

Not so good experience with the hotel stay for three days.
Very small room size, only the bed could fit in. No bathroom amenities were provided. And perhaps the smallest bathroom i have ever seen. No water bottles provided in the name of conservation. At least should provide glass jars of water in each room but no such facility present. Also no in house breakfast available. Had to go to some close by local street restaurants with worst food. No proper ventilation. Only one good thing about the place is location.

The only good thing about the hotel is it's location. Otherwise facilities are very basic. Rooms are very small than average and is definitely not recommend for families with more than 2 individuals. Very cramped and no space to move around either in the room or wash room. Okay to spend a night if you intend to spend the day outside. Good for people who are on a very tight budget.

Better room and bad break fast. Room tiny in size. Not even a place to keep my items of luggage. Complementary break fast is very worst. It is not in their hotel. Outsourced the worst hotel. They don't have even bread toaster.

Good location, no service, budget hotel, small rooms. Good location near bug is mart. Rooms are very small. Self service only. Breakfast option is not good. Its just a budget hotel not a 3 star. Staff was very helpful though.

Location was the only benefit of choosing this hotel. Bad rooms, washrooms and even the morning staff. There are far better options at the same location.

Only local cuisine. They don't even have a toaster for bread toast. No provision for basic beverages like Tea or Coffee.
Nothing in Veg breakfast. Should have communicated properly on breakfast exclusivity. Hotel stay not value for money. No shampoo provided in the bathroom. No ventilation in room.

Very close to bugis metro station, Indian restaurant are very few, avoid the complimentary breakfast its waste of money. No free water bottles were provided.
It was not spacious, no room to walk properly.
