Sea plan transfer charges were extremely high. Service at the hotel and bar restaurants was not good amd the food quality was not great. Too many less options in the menu and some staff was rude as well

It was one of the best trips I had. The staff is extremely courteous. They always go extra mile to give great experience to their guests. The resort is beautiful and beaches are spotless. Rooms are comfortable and food options are amazing. If you are planning for a calm and pleasant stay it's a must go.

Our first time in the Maldives but certainly won’t be our last. I had planned the trip for my husband's birthday and our 10th wedding anniversary in Feb 2018. We had booked a different resort but our travel agent goofed up with our reservation (he took our money and didn't book the resort) So I ended up booking Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu last minute on MakeMyTrip. I didn't want to cancel the trip and ruin our special occasion so just made the booking online. I was very worried thinking how the experience would be but it was amazing! Our flight was delayed so we checked in quite late in the evening. We were welcomed warmly by the airport representative who helped us. We reached the resort and Karim helped us check-in. When we woke up and stepped out it was mesmerizing! View is stunning and you really feel as, if you are deserted in another world. The water and beach is simply breathtaking. We really wanted to stay in a Water Villa (as planned) but ended up booking and staying in a beach villa. The villa looked quite outdated but its kept exceptionally clean and is serviced twice a day. We did not know what to do in the island as the transportation, excursions and the spa is very expensive. The Front Office Manager Anas Ibrahim was very kind, he suggested and helped us book a sunset cruise. It was blissful! Thank you for the experience Anas. Like to thank few staffs who were very kind and courteous- Bhoopathi, Shouf, Chef Mahesh, Chef Ajit (from the Pasta Counter), Chef Sampat- Thank you for the appam and chicken curry. Chef Shamim- he made us eggs early morning when we were checking out. Thank you. Special mention to Ihusan from housekeeping who made our room and he decorated our room for our anniversary which was really beautiful. Housekeeping and maintaining the service is really difficult. Thank you Ihusan- you are doing a great job. You are awesome. Keep it up. Another special mention: Milan from the Cowrie restaurant very pretty and bubbly young girl who always greeted us with a smile and kept talking to us and also all others dining there. She also celebrated our milestone anniversary special with cake cutting celebrations. Great going girl. Keep up the spirit. Karaoke nights- Amazing! Overall unforgettable experience. Will return soon.

Our stay was awesome, the room had great views of the ocean, was able to See dolphins near the room, the resort is generally tidy and well maintained does not appear to a property which celebrated 20 years of existence. The Cowrie restaurant chef Navid was very helpful, he made vegetarian dishes for us. The front desk can improve a bit more, we need to do follow up's for minor things, but the experience of picking and dropping us back to the Airport was very good.
The room we had had a wonderful view of the ocean and the room was cleaned up twice a day.
