The room that i got was more than expected in European countries. The size was pretty good. Room was clean and big. AC worked fine, elevator was good. The breakfast was perfect. The location is perfect, just opposite SMN Florence train station. Florence is a walkable city, so keep walking and you get to explore the whole city. The ambience was fresh and the staff is helpful. I will definitely recommend this property.

The stay was pretty good. I enjoyed the breakfast and the room was also comfortable. The hotel reception staff was also very friendly and the hotel is located right in front of the station which was awesome!

The good things first : extremely courteous staff, check in and check out was very smooth. Even housekeeping staff very helpful. Now, the rooms : we had booked 5 rooms almost a month earlier, but when we reached there, all rooms were different category. Some very small, one with a library, no ac working, extremely hot in rooms. Except for the location, nothing is good @ the hotel.

We stayed at c- hotels ambasciatori for one night. The best part about the hotel is it’s proximity to the main city train station. They have really pretty cozy rooms with breathtaking view of florence duomo. The staff members are friendly and cooperative. All the main attractions are a walk away from the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting florence.

My husband and i did a late check in on august 14th. We were just spending one night in the hotel and when the guy at the front desk check us in found at that we hadn't opted for breakfast he reduced the check out time to 11 am instead of the regular 12 pm. We reconfirmed and he said that it's 11 for you guys. On the key card issued he struck of the 12 pm check out time to 11 am purposely. Also, after a long travel you expect to be felt welcome when you arrive at the hotel. However, the guy had none of the above expressions merely a poker face. We felt a little judged of out color and our choice for not opting for brekky. Definitely not recommending this one to anyone specially people of color.

Although the room size is small but the location makes up for everything. This hotel has the best connectivity in Florence.
The location of the hotel is great with main station just in front of the main gate of the hotel.

The overall experience was very nice. The location was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was courteous. However, would like if someone helped with the luggage to our room. I would like the breakfast menu to include from other countries as well.
