We stayed here for two nights and our experience was average. The air condition in the room was average and the location is a bit isolated. Does not have much facilities, and we had problem in communicating with the staff since most of them didn't understand English. The room is good. Food is also good. Overall average stay.

Excellent Stay

Nice cozy villas tucked into the corner of Jimbaran. Excellent service. Good food. There is a scooty rental right outside The main gate, that's very convenient. Rock bar is just around the corner from this property.

I was very careful in my selection of The room. I'm a smoker and so when I make my booking, I make sure to look for that. I booked a room which was meant to be a villa and allowed smoking. As soon as I get there, The hotel management tells me I am booked for this tiny little room instead. This was meant to be a five-star hotel with good facilities. I paid for a dingy little room with no smoking allowed. Complete rip-off. Forget that and make peace with this initial annoyance, then we had to deal with an air conditioner that refused to work. The breakfast served was rather tasteless and The crab sticks had flies hovering all over them. It was unappetizing to say the least. The only thing that helped was The great attitude of The hotel staff even though no upgrade was offered, we were comfortable knowing there were some good, warm people there to help. Definitely wouldn't recommend this.

I had opted for a private pool villa. However, there was lot of dust and flies in swimming pool, rooms had lot of mosquito (even mosquito repellent was ineffective). Because if this, we had asked for a room change. But even The other villa had dust and flies lying in swimming pool. We had to get it cleaned again before going into The pool next day. The only thing that was slightly better about The other room was no mosquito. Coming to breakfast, there was lack of attention towards guest and refilling of food, chef was missing from The live counter.

Very isolated place would not recommend for family!

I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days with my wife, father and mother inlaw. The place is very much isolated, rooms were clean, bathrooms were not maintained, Safes which they placed in the rooms were not working properly & were easily movable would not recommend this for the family as it is far far away from beaches, Kuta, Nusadua, Ubud spent a lot of travel. This could be a goto place for honeymooners maybe.
