vandana v.family Coming from india, we are used to excellent hospitality going above and beyond. Kana kuta is a comfortable property but there were a few things we were disappointed with. Let me start with good things. The property is nice, clean, comfortable. It is very close to the airport which was a huge relief as it was past midnight by the time we checked in. We had booked a triple family room with breakfast. Room was good. Toilet area had a bit of smell near the seat which was annoying. But we were there just for one night so we let it be. Breakfast buffet was average. The service on live counters was quick. However, this was the first time we were charged for ordering a cappuccino in a breakfast buffet ) then they wanted us to pay right away which we still forgot as we hadn't brought our card with us to breakfast area. Also, the kitchen closes at 10:30 which we later realized seems to be a norm in bali. Something we weren't aware of beforehand and they refused to accommodate us on the night of our travel even for a glass of milk. This was again something we weren't used to as most hotels we have stayed in india, us and eu have an all night menu. Overall, it was a good stay and we were happy that we chose them for our first night at bali.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Lots of options to explore nearby. View of the pool from the room is beautiful. Food is okay. Service and staff behaviour is excellent. Would recommend this hotel.

For a budget and decent stay, kana kuta is good. Most of indian i have seen with american. Room sizes and good. Bathrooms are good with good space. Clean. Staff is courteous. Food is good.

arun b.family Excellent staff with a very amicable demeanour. I booked a duplex room and it was worth every penny. Water is a problem everywhere in bali. You get one/two bottles of water per guest daily for free. Anything above this is chargeable. Recommended hotel.

Wonderful location, decent staff, well placed rooms and ample space infront of the hotel to move around. I stayed 6 nights with family and enjoyed their hospitality. Plenty of options in buffet breakfast, however, less options in dinner for indian food lovers. But it is not a deterrent as most of the time we return to hotel after having dinner at good restaurants which are located in vicinity of the hotel. Reception lobby
