Champlung Sari Hotel and Villas Ubud

We booked the hotel long back for 2 days . After knowing that they provided us a room which had water logged problem in the washroom. The room was very old with no morden facility. After requesting many times they sent us plumber who said this will not be resolved. We got another room upon requesting that room also had same issue. Due to water logged we couldn't get ready on time and had to miss few attractions. Then in the evening we had to fight almost and got another room where washroom was okay but room door wasn't locked. Overall our experience with this hotel is extremely be bad. Additionally, every moment there were multiple monkeys who were jumping here and there and it was quite scary. Only the positive point is the hotel location which is centre of Ubud and very close to shops and Ubud palace. If you want to spend time for shopping this is good.

helpful staff.. nice pool... recommended for a short trip. just difficult to book a spa appointment here. location wise 10/10 as per the price.

Puerly good and good more and more goood

I had a great stay at Champlung Sari hotel and spa for 3 nights. The rooms and in general the hotel is clean and neat. It's surrounded with trees and has 2 pools giving it a very beautiful vibe. I took the spa services at their spa everyday and it was an excellent relaxing experience. Only one thing they can improve upon is the room lighting, the rooms are dimly lit. Hotel stay was very pleasant. Room was spacious and cozy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pool and restaurant were amazing. Things that can improve, AC wasn't working properly as it was old. Bathroom washbasin was getting clogged, but the staff were responsive to repair it. There are lot of monkeys in the area which will make it difficult to use the balcony. All in all, very good stay, totally recommended.

The location is good. WiFi in the room is not as per the mark and also AC not in a good condition. Staff are really nice.

The overall place is really good. Their Spa service is one of the best. Rooms are good, traditionally built and spacious, however it comes with less lighting. Monkeys do visit since it is close to MonkeyForest. It is situated in the marketplace making commuting and hopping nearby easy. The food is not great and it is better to look out for variety of options just when you step out of the hotel.

They didn’t provide extra towel, no water bottles, you have to even ask for a hair dryer. The good thing is rooms are spacious.

Best place to stay in Ubud.. close to all key visiting places like monkey forest, Saraswati temple and ubud palace. All in all a very good package.

Very nice property located at the center. All the cafes and places to explore are in the vicinity (max 30 mins drive. Special thanks to lovely hosts namely darmatida, suavna, wire yuda, and budiaish.

The rooms were very dim and always had pungent smell with damp walls. And after rains, the roof was leaking. Breakfast menu was very low standard and had very limited options

It was a great experience in staying at here, staff was great, the services were great, and the food was yummy

The property is very nice and beautiful and also in between the city. They have a nice pool and they have this lush greenery all over the property not like a concrete jungle.

The place is at walking distance from sacred monkey forest and the market. There are very nice cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel doesn’t serve much vegetarian options in breakfast so it was an additional cost for us since we had to go and do breakfast outside the hotel.

Excellent room with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent.
