Breakfast options are quite limited, with the menu remaining mostly the same each day, which can become repetitive for longer stays. No live food items are served for breakfast. This is our second stay in same hotel. But last year the seriveces, rooms and staff were better. That's why we again selected it. But this time the rooms were shabby, service crew and staff (except one on reception at the time of check in) were not greeting even. They were rude and roaming with sad faces. The lady who was in cleaningvstaff was so annoying. Even they dint provided towels on second day after taking away the used ones. We asked for room freshner as it was too smelly since check in, but reception desk asked us to come and take it from reception.
