Poor Stay

No water, no room service, a/c in very bad condition , jus one lift working for 31 floor building, guests need to wait for 15 min to get down ,not a good one only plus is it's near tower and please avoid their breakfast it's totally zero thanks

Hotel location was great. The room was clean BUT air conditioning wasn't working for us. We reached late in the evening and no technician was available to fix it. One of the hotel lifts was also non functional, and since it was busy, it took 10+ minutes everytime to get the lift to the room or back. The staff was mostly professional, but I expected better hospitality.

good property, close to a supermarket, studio apartment had all items like microwave induction stove utensils, drinking water refill station etc. further front office staff was very helpful and even allowed early check in. location is good. eiffel tower is about 15min walking distance and view point for lights after sunset is about 7 min walk. Uber eats has dominoes pizza close to the hotel for delivery.

Location of the property is excellent. Everything is nearby. Public transport easily accessible. Some rooms have a view if the Eiffel Tower. Rooms were clean. There was no house keeping during our stay. Apparently house keeping is only provided once a week. We stayed for 4 nights so we didn't get any house keeping services. Rest all is good. We arrived early to the hotel. After making us wait for an hour, they did give us an early check-in by almost 3 hrs. Really thankful to the reception staff for this. Their on-property luggage storage is really limited but they do accommodate leaving luggage with them at the reception.

The property is right in the middle of the street with main attractions nearby like Eiffel tower and Trocadero Lots of restaurants and ATMs nearby but the only disappointment is the staff especially in the breakfast area when we asked for croissant she made faces and only communicated in French Also she was not interested in serving

Room was not clean smelly rooms!! bathroom basin got clogged twice.. microwave not working! Only thing was view from my window was of effiel tower but till how much time you will do. Not happy their basic facilities are also missing.
