Beware about the Hotel Staff

There are several star hotels in Sharm-El-Sheikh.... this one lacks customer service .Check your bills and also room minibar.... Take a photo of it during checkout if you have not taken anything from the minibar. The reception staff will accuse you of using the minibar even if you have not used.My check out experience was horrible.

Beautiful property but staff is super rude

Property is huge and beautiful. But staff is not courteous. They are super rude. Mosquitos everywhere. Lot of stairs Mary (receptionist) will behave as you are staying for free.

Terrible Food,and Unsupportive Staff

The property is beautiful but the food and arrangements ruin the experience. The food was tasteless and repetitive for each day, there was no variation in the buffet. We had booked an all inclusive package and the only available alcohol in it was the cheapest bottle they could find in each liquor type. Everything worth having was with extra charge. Even the timings for meals were odd and the restaurants and bars closed before the mentioned time. The staff barely knows any english so it was hard to communicate requirements, and finding directions to the gazillion restaurants they make you visit at different hours for different meals. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!

This is a very beautiful resort, that has its own private beach. Each room has a view of the red sea. The most striking experience was how warm all the staff was. Really made us feel at home, and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience and holiday. But what i really disliked about the hotel was the number of steps you have to climb - up and down - atleast 5/6 times a day, to access any amenity from the room. The experience: - at least 100+ steps to access breakfast place, swimming pool, bar, seating by the sea, beaches! - they say there is a vehicle but it is never working. The vehicle takes a long route by road, which is not walkable. - there is an elevator which is never working. Even with the use of the elevator, you would have to still climb half the number of steps anyway. - not conducive for pregnant women, senior citizens, differently abled citizens, people with asthma or heart problems.

Excellent stay

I stayed in this Resort for 3 nights. The hotel has very good facilities and too many activities within the Resort itself. Breakfasts are with varieties and you will definitely enjoy the stay.

Perfect place in sharm el sheikh for relaxation. The staff was very friendly. The room was very neat clean and tidy. The sunset from the hookah bar was the best. There was lot of snorkelling points around the resort. We surely prefer it again.
