Good Hotel with Extremely Small Rooms. Barely meeting upto the expectations of Novotel. They have good ontime Free Airport pickup and drop shuttles which is a benefit of staying in this property. Can fit only a couple in the room with practically no space left for accommodating even 1 kid as all rooms have twin beds.

I booked it for 6 nights and was in complete faith that they would be maintaining the same standards like other Novotel but it was really disappointing. Their rooms are very small but this was not the worst part. The internet in my room was not working and I did asked reception to change my room and their feedback was it is small problem and we will fix it. Which obviously they didn’t and I had to buy international internet plan. Considering they are working in hospitality industry they should understand English but it was a disappointing experience where most of the staff had very limited knowledge. No disrespect to their local language but when you are hotel business you should understand at basic English. Also food options had very limited scope for vegetarians and they have the same menu for every day. No change at all.

I loved the location, amenities and food provided. However rooms are slightly congested. Overall it was a good experience.

The hotel is excellent with quite spacious rooms. The rooms are maintained well and very clean. The food is good with a wide variety of choices too. The a la carte restaurant is open always which is a big plus for transit guests. Even there’s a shuttle service to airport. With all positives, the biggest negative of this hotel is the front desk staff. They are extremely rude. The whole experience is pulled down by their lack of politeness

We stayed at Novotel Cairo Airport for one night, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The dinner at the on-site restaurant was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from, and the service was impeccable. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight – a wide selection of fresh and tasty options that catered to different tastes. Overall, our stay at Novotel Cairo Airport was short but truly enjoyable. It’s a perfect choice for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service near the airport. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Hotel smells of cigarettes. I am a smoker so it didn’t bother me much but man come on where in the world can you still smoke in the reception area of a decent sized hotel. Rooms are not sound proofed.

Novotel cairo has a airport free shuttle service which really impressed us. The food was great and the rooms are small but cosy.

Then does not look like novotel group hotel. There was a weak security. There was *no porter* to carry the luggage to reception and from reception to the room. Customer has to carry his or her luggage to the room which is far away. This was about a kilometer to walk till the room. Coming to the room, its just a 100 sft room and does not look like the one shown in the mmt page. 2 people cant fit in the room. Bathroom shower is out of control and a 5 feet 60 kg person can only fit in the shower. Beds is small, bathroom is small. There was not a single person seen in the hotel and there was a function in the hotel lane which had huge noise till 12 night. Food is nonsense. Overall 1/10 for the fit.

Since it was book the room was inferior plus during the breakfast time the behaviour of one lady chef was little rude and unacceptable. Though it was asked non smoking room but the room was allocated where hotel office are there and it was smoking zone in fact. you can stay in room no 160 ground floor. Not happy at all

All good except the breakfast and response of house keeping wherein i, got an ashtray on the 3rd day.

Location is convenient for foreigners as it is close to airport. Nice breakfast buffet. Great room service.

Decent place very close to the airport .. faced issues with wifi, no toiletries provided and breakfast is decent. Staffs are very cordial and helpful.

Food is average with basic amentities. Stay was average overall. The staff is cordial though and welcoming.

Property is not maintained properly bathroom shower was leaking main door and bathroom door also not okay they don't provide dental/shaving kits and moisturizing cream also. Service also very poor hot water also not very hot

Stay was good, rooms are ok. I have a suggestion, they should plan to keep some more vegetarian options in break fast, as we indians generally prefer veg food.

There was no service what so ever. No one would answer the call at the reception and the rooms were sub par and below standard quality. Not clean at all. Dirty towels.

Hotel is one of nearest hotel to cairo airport. If you are not having any plan to visit roam around cairo and pyramid then only prefer this hotel cause it is far away from main downtown. Room are average as construct like so many rooms in one floor just having small window for ventilation room are not so clean even having brand like accor they provide paper cup for drinking water in room this what quite surprised to me breakfast and dinner have some kind of local cusine but it is good at taste part
