Property stay was comfortable. However, it was expected to have the basic facilities as Hot water kettle, tea / coffee set and mug, which was missing. White the room size was just enough for a bed and small space, the bathroom size (enclosed position) was small to hit hands on sides.

It's good for Solo travel. Room size is really small with very basic breakfast menu but location is close to Copenhagen central and Tivoli. Area is safe with easy access to public transport

Costly for Solo travelers. Room is small. They don't provide any complimentary services in room i.e. tea maker, microwave oven or fridge. You will find a bed along with 2 chairs, that's all. You can't make any ready to eat product at hotel room. Smoking is not allowed in rooms. Location is extremely nice. Just close to central station. Sea Side is just 5 min walk away. Will charge to put luggage in store room.

Welcome was not so good, had to wait for 1 hour for check in as it was 3 pm. It was told that room was not ready but they did offer another room with extra charge immediately. It sounded like they wanted to make extra and quick money out if it, it was clearly visible that rooms were ready but they were not willing to give purposefully. I had stay for three nights and room was cleaned only once properly, other day it was just the way we left with only couple of soaps in place. We understand Copenhagen is expensive but after staying in so many hotels across the globe, it seems it is not value for money with unwelcoming and not so friendly staff. Check in time is 3 pm but check out is 11 am, so we had to keep luggage in cloak room was a good facility but came with extra charges. Check out is simple with just handing over the keys but other than that staff is not at all efficient in welcoming the guest or rather during sending off, which I feel is important behavior trait in hospitality industry or I would say everyone should have that. Location is close to the central station which makes convenient for travelling nevertheless there is no one in hotel to guide you, your travel plans or even help with nearby bus stop. Rooms are too small which is fine with me but after paying some there were no tea and coffee kettles in the room. Breakfast spread is limited which is still okay but there were no fresh fruits, some of them were kept from long days. In summary this could be nice hotel if they work on hospitality of the guest, bring in small and smart facilities, I am still okay with room size and looking at cost they are higher and not value for money sure.
