I had a great stay at ibis Praha Mala Strana. The location was fantastic — right next to a shopping center and just a short walk to Anděl Metro Station, which made it super easy to get around the city. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and fresh options each morning. The only downsides were that the cleaning staff didn’t speak English, which sometimes made communication a bit tricky, and there was no room service available. Overall, it’s a wonderful value for the price and perfect for travelers who want a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

No kettle provided (after 10 mts of pleading we were given a kettle), no complimentary mineral water bottle (we were told to drink tap water), no iron box, no sugar/coffee/ tea bags in the room, I am 62 yrs with knee surgery when I asked for help to bring my luggage into the room as well as while vacating i was told that there was no such service, the female receptionists were very rude and made it quite evident with their facial expressions but both the male receptionists were very helpful and went out of the way to search in their computer for directions to certain places in Prague, the breakfast was good but salad was not hygienic - I developed abdominal pain on the 3 rd of my stay. Free Wifi was available. For the amount that we paid, I don't think this place is worth it.

Decent hotel and nominal price, could be better with price of break fast...........,,,,..............

The property location was good, quite convenient to reach spots. The breakfast spread was also very good with lots of options. Rooms are very small, No tea coffee maker in the room which is basic. Also no locker provided which makes it very inconvenient in terms of safety

property is very close to public transpor, malls and restaurants. value for money. very friendly front desk staff.

Ibis hotel in Prague mala strana is an ideal stay if you want to be close to all kinds of public transport as well as walk to charles bridge and other key attractions. The mall and other eateries like star bucks, McD, KFC are next door. The hotel staff is cordial and rooms are well kept. Housekeeping is very good. Bathroom is newly renovated. Very safe for solo women travellers like me. Overall good stay! 😁

The ibis hotel is located in the heart of city. Very well connected. Tram station is just five minutes away. It has all possible facilities which you expect from a hotel. Clean, well managed and has a very helping and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast and a bar. Highly recommended.

Location a little far from the main city and major tourist attractions. Rest everything was good. No restaurant in the hotel. Water bottles, hot water kettle was not provided which should have been there in any 3 star hotels

The location of the hotel is ideal for local travel and shopping etc. Even fl-ix bus stand is nearby for bus travel to nearby countries.

Typical ibis but very basic in that too - no kettle. Or adapter at reception, we got this by paying a deposit at ibis Luzern but not here. Booked it thinking that the location would be central but it's not in the center!

Merits: (1)Lots of good options to eat and shop nearby. (2) Comfortable stay, helpful staff. (3) not very far from the old town. Demerits; Wanted to try the dinner at the restaurant at night, but got closed very early. (4) No tea/coffee sachets and kettle.

No much to be said, the stay at hotel was OK, not good not great.
Too small a room, basic amenities like tea/coffee bags, shaving kit, dental kit wasn't available even when asked.

Small rooms but okay . . 5 euro for kettle. Breakfast is normal like most European hotels. Direct access to city centre by tram or metro. Very close to nice shopping mall. Indian restaurant is 5 min walk. Taj Express.

Perfect location, good cleanliness, but rude staff and poor breakfast. I really recommend this hotel because location is really good. If you are travelling single or couple that's good choice. I think that you can choice better place when you travelling with children.
