Excellent hotel that is close to public transport, utilities shops, and restaurants. Spacious rooms with amenities made it a comfortable stay. Champagne and cake for birthday was a pleasant surprise and topped the experience of staying in the hotel.

The hotel is close to the old and new town squares of prague, about 5 tram stops away. So it is not exactly in the heart of the city with the noise and crowd, yet close enough to get to it within 10-15 mins. We stayed there for 2 nights and at checkin, the lady at the reception was super helpful in explaining the public transport system (it's great, you don't need taxis within the city) and pointed out some nice cafes and restaurants where she has personal experience. The breakfast spread in the morning was extensive and decent in taste. It was all you can expect from a continental spread. The room was spacious for 2 adults and clean, with all basic amenities. Bring your own toiletries as the bathroom only has a handwash and body wash. A heating rack for clothes in the bathroom was a nice addition. Upon requesting some tea sachets on the phone, we were asked to go down to the reception to get them. I guess one cannot expect 5-star treatment as it is a budget hotel after all. But overall, i'd say value for money if you want to stay close to the city center at a good, clean and new property and have a nice hearty breakfast before you head out for a day of sightseeing.

Amazing hotel, location is also great. 2 minutes walk from tram or bus station. The breakfast spread is also very nice.

Hotel is located in Prague 6 where it has 2 tram stations at less than 5 minutes walk. Tram service is excellent to explore city. Hotel also provides tram ticket and help you with city map and sight seeing spots which I found quite helpful. Hotel has luggage room which you could use to park your stuff before check-in after checkout. Very friendly, staff always there to help. Breakfast spread was good, only challenge is option for vegetarians are limited.

Park Inn tram station is 5 min walk. Can have a riverside walk for 20 min and reach city center. Helpful staff.

Overall good, peaceful location, Indian TV channel must, staff is very humble, they should save water in wash basin, with sensor.

The hotel is located away from the main old Town tourist destination and has very small rooms in comparison to the price offered or in comparison to the other hotels Around City. The staff is cordial and the breakfast is good however the stay has been average.

They were really helpful and understanding. Allowed us for early check-in without even asking. Helped us with the local tours and places to visit.

The hotel is at one corner of Prague, not very far from tourist spots. Location is good but only a few restaurants around. Property is build nicely as per Park Inn standard. But I do not expect a park inn to close down their restaurant at 10 pm when all restaurants around are closed at 10 pm. Moreover as guests we requested for a meal at 10 pm and were completely refused as restaurant timings are over and we're not served even after repeated requests. That night we had no food as we searched around and there was no restaurant around open to serve. Not expected to have such an experience with a classy chain like park inn.

All the things were very good ... Breakfast spread, rooms service etcc ... The only hitch was it was a bit away from citi center a 20-25 minute walk but that's a good way to explore the city ... There is a tesco express just behind sobuy your stuff over there ..

Excellent place to stay with all the facilities, easy check in and check out, cordial reception, good breakfast, easy ride to the old town. Helpful staff for booking taxis and knowing about the place. Leaflets were given for the complete list of restaurants at the time of check-in. Total experience was good

Our experience was great right from the word go.. The staff welcomed us warmly and ensured the check in was quick and seamless.. They were also very proactive in suggesting the nice places to visit around the city and what could be the possible challenges for a tourist.. Not only this they went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable when not feeling well one day.. Kudos to the excellent service..
