The attitude of the staff at the reception was welcoming and hospitable. Rooms were clean and good. Overall a good place to stay.

All were nice. The staff was helpful. The service was prompt. Also, they allowed an extra hour after the stipulated check-out time.

We stayed at Ga Me Ga Phuentsholing during our return journey from Thimphu Paro. The Hotel is devoid of any character or aesthetics just care concrete walls, location is extremely weird and dirty. The staff is under trained and not helpful. Misunderstanding our map plan, the manager insisted that our meal included only breakfast despite showing him the MMT booking they included breakfast and one major meal. The supervisor finally agreed and asked us to tell him on the spot what we wanted to eat at night. He suggested and reluctantly took down suggestions for a menu, however at night the menu was completely different and we were served a super hasty meal after repeated warning calls to our room that the restaurant will close at 9 Pm. We reached before 9 Pm, yet they served us the good st 9:30 Pm. Request to upgrade was denied by stating that all high level officials and v tips are staying at the Hotel and there is 100% occupancy. During second shift we asked another duty manager and he told us only seven rooms were occupied in the Hotel. The breakfast was the saddest display of food we have ever seen. Credit card machine was not operational. Taxi service was not provided, saying we don't provide it. Over all we felt like fools, being served by a bunch of fools in an average Hotel in a weird location.

It was a good stay, food was good too but it could have been better if more options can be available in menu for complementary breakfast and dinner.
