The hotel is luxurious and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast was very good, please pay a little extra and do not miss it. Definitely a must for anyone visiting Shahdag.

Our stay was quite good. However, there are scopes of improvement in terms of cleanliness and hospitality. other than that, everything was quite good

Location of the hotel is best in the area. We got two inter-connected rooms, both the rooms were excellent.

The overall stay was amazing. I will read 10 out of 10 the staff were very good. The hospitality was very good. Food was very fresh and most important the view the ambience of the property was amazing. I would recommend everyone to stay at this property. You will never regret. It was an amazing amazing stay.

Had an amazing experience at Pik Palace, stayed there for 2 nights - friendly staffs, had superb fun in their outdoor pool (water was moderated per weather conditions) and jacuzzi. There breakfast had a good spread and Teraza Restaurant has a variety of Italian items with a wonderful taste. I would rate them 10/10

We went for a vacation to Azerbaijan and our resort for Shahdag was The Pik Palace. We were greeted by extreme kindness and hospitality of our hosts. we were generously offered an upgrade. our hosts Mr Niyaz, Mr Zaur and Mr Shamil...... were extremely courteous and helpful. we are very moved by the warmth and affection that Azeri hospitality extended towards their guests esp at Pik Palace. we highly recommend this hotel for their wonderful mountain view, walk to the lake close by and most amazing Azeri cuisine. it's a must go hotel for its stay and view and ofcourse for Niyaz, Zaur and Shamil. Svetlana was also very very sweet.

Great place to stay with family. Neat, clean and extremely beautiful property. Staff is very courteous and polite. There are lot of activities nearby. Very reasonable and affordable. A must visit place.

The location was perfect and the staff very cooperative breakfast was very good i have advised to haves few vegetarian curries.

Fantastic property at Shahdag, I would rate the very best across the properties there. The rooms are very chic and grand. We got a mountain view room which was very spacious. The breakfast spread is just amazing and timing is till 11 which is fantastic for a holiday. The reception is very helpful and kind. They give extra water, offer to send luggage to room etc which is rare in Europe. We requested late checkout and they agreed for 2pm with a smile, not something I have seen in most hotels. Very well located right next to the Shadag resort from where you can get shuttle to the amusement park zone. It also has a direct stop to the snow roller coaster which is a must do at Shahdag even for those who are afraid of roller coasters as you can control the speed of your car. There are multiple activities right below the hotel. Overall a memorable stay and we will come back.

What an amazing stay it was. No doubt, this is the best place to stay if you are in Shagdag. There is nothing even close to this. The hospitality was amazing. The heated pool, jacuzzi, spas, rooms... Everything was just top notch.
