The location and shop and restaurants around the place is amazing. The staff are lively. The only thing is the cleaning staff they are very weird. They through the new toiletaries in the basket and dont replace them with other. Despite complaining several times it kept on happening

Arrived at the hotel at night to be told they cannot give me a room as the room i had booked was sold out, but if i were willing to pay 40% higher that what i paid, they can make a new booking for a different room. Would not book this hotel chain again
