They changed our stay last moment, our stay was far from metro station and the market area. the locality of the hotel was not as per our requirement and rooms were smelling

Your 1-night stay booking was upgraded to Savoy Suites Hotel which is walking distance to Sharaf DG metro station (Green line) and also walking distance to BurJuman metro station (Red line). We could not find any anomaly in the room. The Hotel has a 24-hour Duty Manager / Front Office / Maintenance / Housekeeping who work round-the-clock to resolve any issues immediately when highlighted by the guest. Unfortunately, nothing was reported for us to assist you. At the Savoy, we take every guest criticism if genuine as a challenge to improve. Savoy central Hotel Appartments.. hotel is sutuated in Bur Dubai at the distance of only 15-20 mins from Dubai international airport, that helps saving time while checking in and checking out .. Markets like Gold Souk, Spices Souk, Meena Bazaar, Al Seif Road and some metro stations are also at the walking distance of 15-20 mins. Other Tourist attractions like BurjKhalifa, Miracle garden, Global Village ets are also very near at approx 20-30 mins if distance by car. It is a well known Hotel to all taxi drivers. The location of Bur Dubai gives you feel like you are living with Indians as most of the local super markets, electronics market are like situated next to hotel building. The staff including Housekeeping and Reception are also very good. I stayed with my family here initially for 3 nights and then extended it to 8 nights all because the service, hospitality , food and above all cleanliness that they offered. The pool and other hotel facilities were also cleaned and well maintained. The rooms were also equipped with Full modular kitchen , refrigerator, induction, microwave , washing machine and required utensils which was the added advantage to cook your own meals or tea if going with kid. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay at Dubai with amazing location.

The manager in savoy central is not a experience guy he did not understand customer service if any gust coming to meeting he did not allowed to meet we are providing id proof by guest but he doesn't accept so this is not good manners i think he is not experience is hotel manager

Excellent Stay

We stayed at savoy in month of jean end and feb start for 5 days. We had a very pleasant experience staying there. Unfortunately we did not get the early check-in but apart from that, the service was excellent. Every staff member was courteous and wished us every time they saw us. The service was extremely quick and on point. Rooms were super clean and spacious. There are a lot of indian food options around the hotel. Sharaf dg metro station is just 7 mins away and the same is with meena bazzar.
