I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. By mistake, I booked my room for 21 August instead of 22 August. When I went to check in on the 22nd, the receptionist behaved very unprofessionally, making me feel as if he was doing me a favor instead of assisting a guest.
When I asked if I could book directly, he said there were no rooms available. However, at the same time, I was able to book a room online without any issue. Even after that, he told me to wait from 12:15 pm to 2:00 pm for the room, despite the fact that I technically had a booking from the previous day.
His attitude was rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. Instead of providing solutions, he was misbehaving with us and made the whole experience stressful and unpleasant.
I strongly believe the management should look into the behavior of the front desk staff, as this is not the kind of service expected from a hotel.
