The location, service and food are unrivaled in downtown. We have stayed at the palace several times and its proximity to the dubai mall, souk al bihar and burj khalifa mean you can be in the thick of the action in a matter of minutes by foot. Yet the hotel is still somehow secluded and elegant - an oasis of calm luxury after a long (and potentially hot) day. The treeline d pool's view of the burj khalifa and the fountain is also spectacular - without doubt the best in downtown and in the top 5 across all of dubai. The service from the front desk (misha, ahmed, the entrance driveway (ayman) and even the food and beverages (chandra) is superb. As a strict vegetarian, the breakfast options are so numerous that even during an 8 day stay i wasn't able to exhaust all the options - especially as the staff were happy to accommodate my special requests (avo toast, vegan keema and eggless waffles. The diplomatic suite is brilliant especially if travel-ling with a baby - providing ample space for our little one's changing station, toys and bottles. Especially convenient is the kitchenette area and additional wc. In short - this luxurious refuge is a hotel that never disappoints whither travel-ling for business or pleasure.

This is one the best hotels i have stayed so far. The scent/air freshner throughout the the hotel was awesome. The service is exceptional. A lot of well throughout amenities. Simple differences to other hotels like the use of small towels in the washrooms instead of paper towels felt like they really cared to give their best.

The location, service and food are unrivaled in downtown. We have stayed at the palace several times and its proximity to the dubai mall, souk al bihar and burj khalifa mean you can be in the thick of the action in a matter of minutes by foot. Yet the Palace Downtown is still somehow secluded and elegant - an oasis of calm luxury after a long (and potentially hot) day. The treeline d pool's view of the burj khalifa and the fountain is also spectacular - without doubt the best in downtown and in the top 5 across all of dubai. The service from the front desk (misha, ahmed, the entrance driveway (ayman) and even the food and beverages (chandra) is superb. As a strict vegetarian, the breakfast options are so numerous that even during an 8 day stay i wasn't able to exhaust all the options - especially as the staff were happy to accommodate my special requests (avo toast, vegan keema and eggless waffles. The diplomatic suite is brilliant especially if travel-ling with a baby - providing ample space for our little one's changing station, toys and bottles. Especially convenient is the kitchenette area and additional wc. In short - this luxurious refuge is a Palace Downtown that never disappoints whither travel-ling for business or pleasure.

This is one the best Palace Downtowns i have stayed so far. The scent/air freshner throughout the the Palace Downtown was awesome. The service is exceptional. A lot of well throughout amenities. Simple differences to other Palace Downtowns like the use of small towels in the washrooms instead of paper towels felt like they really cared to give their best.

Undoubtedly the location is great, specially when travel-ling with a toddler. Very well connected to dubai mall which is just a short walk from the Palace Downtown (mostly indoors. Must mention that their service is exceptional. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Food 7 /10. Overall a great stay!

We wanted to stay around dubai mall. While searching found this beautiful property. It had the feel of arabic splendor. Room size and comfort was par excellence.
