It was good experience in the hotel and the food was good and average like other hotel 4 star and I recommended

The room was clean and spacious, offering a beautiful view. The staff were polite and helpful. I will surely return to this hotel.

Stayed in room(924) Would like to notify that there seems to be an infestation of drain flies in the bathroom coming out the shower, we wanted to report it on checkout but the lobby was very busy...The hotel itself and food is very nice however the room walls seems very dirty and moldy...

Hotel was good and room service was excellent hotel provide other facilities like gym pool access and sauna

complimentary water is also not available there. you have to mention, 50 aed want to give for water 😏

Stay was oky oky ! Hotel is not 4 * for sure !!Room carpet were dirty , no slippers nor bathrobes , they not even providing coffee sachet in the room . 😦 But I really like the the shower ..

no amenities. had to call reception for a vanity set, and another time for slippers. The hot water wasn't working. and for 2 guests they only left 1 towel which had a big hole in it. while checking out the reception was so rude. They asked me how my stay was, I told them terrible, to which they replied "ok have a great day bye". Also when I called the reception to ask for the missing items they were rude.

Room was not ready till 05:30 pm where the check in time is 2pm even after 05:30pm there was no toiletries available had to request which took another one hour

Good to stay. 20 mins from airport. Multi cuisine restaurant. City taxi are all time outside hotel.

It's a great experience all are neat and clean humble staff we don't face a trouble easy to pool access with costume and trainer

Room is Quite and good best place if you want to get rest

Had high expectations but ended up very bad. The room provided was not in good condition, although we checked in late. - The bath dub was having blockage. Upon escalation, the FM team replaced the drainage part, which was broken. - No tissues, no pantry supplies were present at the time of checking. - Other hygiene issue, i.e., some stuff left from previous guest.

location is good. pool was shut wasn't informed about it before booking my hotel, restaurant also shut again wasn't informed about it before booking my hotel. also the room service was absurd. 2 hours to send two glasses of whiskey. a full day to send extra cutlery. they were out of towels.

Average location; no view from the room; room furniture was old and quite a monotonous feel; quite far from tourist attractions; based upon the pricing, it was an average experience
