Good experience with the new one and the new one is great too but I think the new one will be better for the price of the new one

Last month when i booked room everything was perfect and i wrote my review on the note also but this month my experience in metropolitan was my average because the room i wanted get for best view that i didn't get even i mentioned my request in the booking, also the bed was not good because they give us two bed we jointed the bed, i don't know what is the benefit that i booked room 8 day's before and i got this average experience it's just like i wasted money because the amount i paid for the booking i will get best hotel in the city. I'm sorry to say i'm not sure that i will visit this hotel next time

Facilities should improve as it’s all outdated, new sanitary fittings needed, interiors need to be remodeled for the studio rooms. Food needs to improve on the breakfast menu

It was comfortable stay, staff here was helpful. In 6th q what amenities u did not like, its like i need to select something for sure. Ideally its nothing that i didnt like in this property. Rooms are also spacioius

Nice time with family, good view and stuff was kindly with the children, finally we enjoyed our stay

Its a good calm place. Helpful staff. Nice pool and music area. Clean rooms and bathroom. Issues i faced was that ac fan had noise and bed also had a squeaking noise. Moreover i asked to combine the bed but it was not done properly

Selection in breakfast is too low and most of the food items were not refilled by staff coffee tea counter were not acceptable easily and were covered and operated by a rude filipino staff.

Was one of the worst stays i've had, had to walk and speak physically to reception and request for help and had to call them on phone for the 3rd time, they don't care at all. And they didn't provide the room preference i booked for, and booked me end of corridor room, i won't repeat this stay at this place (for sure. I just wanted a baby cot, and they said we'd provide, but they never did, couldn't close the curtains at all. Asked for help, but no one is interested in helping. Very poor.

Totally different between photos nd the actual rooms very, old not cleaned, fridge is not working

The stay is very far from the city, not much to explore nearby. Everything is at-least 20km far and no food outlets nearby. Had to use talabat for food. Hotel service is average, room is average pool is good
