It was nice experience but i have one complaint they should be informed about the swimming pool

Booked category room not provided , we ended up paying extra for another room . WiFi not working at property at times .

The place was nice. I love the pool area and the view from the rooms. Everything was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. we have free parking. we enjoyed a lot.

Good spacious room and enjoyed the facilities of the hotel. Courteous staff and service provided..breakfast was good

Very worst response from staff no maintenance won't respond in time. Just for name sake it's a big 4 star hotel.

Needs to pay attention to maintenance for the swimming pool and to add other facilities such as sauna and jacuzzi

A bit far from the city centre but the facility looks great! Great service and friendly staff just they need to improve the Sahoor menu on open buffet because it was terrible

Food is good so is the location. However the rooms need to be more tech savvy very old school hotel . Also the tea packets were less and water in the shower wasn’t hot.

The location and stay was convenient except that it took 1 week for them to release my deposit. Payment thru make my trip was smooth but it didnt get credited to aloft that fast. I guess it was just an unforeseen instance. But over all service is expected.

Had a fantastic experience at the aloft hotel, abu dhabi. Food and service especially was exceptional. We were also given a room with a great view, thanks to e beck at the reception. Will not hesitate to book this hotel again during my next stay.

It was a great stay and the staffs were very nice and welcoming. The hotel location is very good and i loved the music and the decorations of the place.

It was fine. Room was good but the service was very slow. Asked for water bottle and it literally came after 30 minutes. Ms. Twinkle was very sweet and arranged an early check in at ease understanding the situation.

Was a memorable experience. Reached late night but room was ready and excellent response time lovely !
