Poor stay
Very pathetic, stay staff was non-cooperative rooms were just average. I will not recommend to anyone. My wife is having iron rod in her leg and we have communication to hotel staff at the time of checkin and hotel staff Pooja assured us to change the room next but that never happened. 60% of their visitors are Indian but still hardly to find out any Indian dish in their breakfast. The rooms are having only tea coffee, pouches but sugar and milk is just one one pouch each. I was in room no. 9201 which is always having disturbing of construction work. You call receptionist for any request without reminder they don’t listen

hotel is in hill contour area and hotel car is not always available we have to walk. Very unclean and not hygienic at all. Bathroom fixtures were broken. Building with Lift was not provided. Very bad behaviour of Trainee receptionist. however the admin block is good and the complimentary breakfast was good.. Not worth the money.

Nothing appreciable
Hotel/ resort is having poor management system in all aspects. Nothing is appreciable. I was staying in room no 2401. Air condition was not functioning. Got registered the complaints. Tech ofcourse visited but invain. I spent three days in excessive hot and humid climate.

Worst stay we had in Thailand
The maintenance of the property was just horrible. The room we booked had so many issues the ac was not working at all no supply of hot water. At the time of booking the room included bathtub with jacuzzi and when we went to enjoy the amenities there was no jacuzzi in the bathtub as we tried to speak to the reception they said that the jacuzzi feature is not working. We pat money for the amenities n this what we get. The elevator going for the breakfast area was closed every-time we went for breakfast. Only good thing was the view we had from our room rest nothing was good at the property at all. And on top of that we have to every-time call and fix up our ac as it stopped working midway. A very poor experience of staying in a well known property like this...!!! Waste of our money for a property like dis.

Good property & location
The property is huge and very well maintained, offering a sense of openness and comfort. Its location is extremely convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and daily essentials. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a variety of good vegetarian options to choose from, which made the mornings all the more enjoyable.

Excellent Stay
The stay was really nice and the staff was also very good had a great stay property & the room was really good and upto the mark would definitely recommend it to our friends who visit Krabi.

No basic amenities in room like toothbrush even, they charge you for that. View of the hotel is very nice and rooms are very spacious. Just lacks some basics that’s all.

The property is good but not maintained properly . The corridors are extremely dirty , complained twice for the same but no answer. Very poor room service, we wanted to get some towels and repeatedly calling 3 times, never received any. Extremely poor service . The Thai restaurant however serves excellent Thai food. The staff at the checkout was all alone and couldn’t handle the rush for checkout.

Terrible Stay
My stay at this hotel was one of the worst in Thailand. The front office service was one of the worst. I was handed 1 keycard for the room and was advised me to carry the keycard as there is only 1 card. At the time of check out I was asked to show 2 keycards . However much I tried to explain them they did not listen and deducted 250 baht from the deposit of 2000. This was really disgusting and this is a real time scam to extract money from the guest.
