we really enjoyed our 3 day stay at the property the main highlight of the property is the location. The property is located in such a way that all the attractions like Hanoi night mark, train station, Hanoi puppet show , City lake , Indian restaurants all are at walkable distance. Staff is very friendly and understanding special thanks to the receptionist Sam who made the stay memorable. 2 star hotel with poor service

Firstly it’s not 4 star at all. They claim service is excellent and available 24/7 but it’s not. Staff is not helpful, while checking out at night, staff was sent to check room and I was lifting all the luggage to exit. They even said no to one coffee sachet. It was terrible. Location was good, that’s the only positive here.

All in all nice experience. Was there for a short stopover before proceeding to sap a the next day. Nice small place in the middle of the city, all the major tourist attractions are just a few minutes from the hotel.

Right in the middle of old quarter it is a great location to stay. Our halon g bay tour picked us up right in front of the hotel and dropped us back there. The rooms were comfy and clean and tge staff was very helpful. Seam at the reception was very helpful with arranging for a private anniversary dinner and celebration. The hotel can also easily arrange for airport pickup and drop off at additional charge. Highly recommend the property. They also gave us an early checkout gift.

The property is located in the heart of the old quarter in hanoi. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff are all very helpful. They also have option to keep your luggage if you are planning for a day trip after check out. Or planning for an overnight halong bay cruise. They don't have lunch or dinner in their restaurant. Only breakfast but that is a good thing as you can eat in nearby restaurants. There are about 4 5 places within walking distance of this hotel. Overall a very best stay

Right in the middle of old quarter it is a great location to stay. Our halon g bay tour picked us up right in front of the Oriental Suite Hotel & Spa and dropped us back there. The rooms were comfy and clean and tge staff was very helpful. Seam at the reception was very helpful with arranging for a private anniversary dinner and celebration. The Oriental Suite Hotel & Spa can also easily arrange for airport pickup and drop off at additional charge. Highly recommend the property. They also gave us an early checkout gift.

The property is located in the heart of the old quarter in hanoi. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff are all very helpful. They also have option to keep your luggage if you are planning for a day trip after check out. Or planning for an overnight halong bay cruise. They don't have lunch or dinner in their restaurant. Only breakfast but that is a good thing as you can eat in nearby restaurants. There are about 4 5 places within walking distance of this Oriental Suite Hotel & Spa. Overall a very best stay

we really enjoyed our 3 day stay at the property the main highlight of the property is the location. The property is located in such a way that all the attractions like Hanoi night mark, train station, Hanoi puppet show , City lake , Indian restaurants all are at walkable distance. Staff is very friendly and understanding special thanks to the receptionist Sam who made the stay memorable. We also took the Breakfast from the property which was worth the money. rooms were clean and upto the expecta

Hi, the Oriental Suite Hotel & Spa was in a prime location and no complaints on that. Staff was friendly and co-operative. Only complaint we had was on breakfast spread, which was very limited. Would have liked more options in the breakfast spread

The Oriental Suite Hotel & Spa is really good and at the heart of the city. You have the market, the lake, tour booking offices, and bike rentals nearby. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Loved their warm hospitality and humble behavior.

All in all nice experience. Was there for a short stopover before proceeding to sap a the next day. Nice small place in the middle of the city, all the major tourist attractions are just a few minutes from the Oriental Suite Hotel & Spa.

But dannag diamond sea Oriental Suite Hotel & Spa airport transfer is free in proper sentence in broucher but car is not pick up and drop up transfer i paid by my self. What's the problem. Ans. ?
